1. INFORMATION FOR USERS

B2B SOLUTIONS, SLU, hereinafter referred to as the CONTROLLER, is the Data Controller responsible for processing the User’s personal data and hereby informs the User that such data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data. The following information is therefore provided regarding the processing of personal data.

Purpose of the processing

The purpose of the processing is to maintain a commercial relationship with the User. The processing activities include:

• Sending commercial and promotional communications by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social media or any other current or future electronic or physical means that enable commercial communications to be sent. These communications will be sent by the CONTROLLER and will relate to its own products and services or to those of its partners or suppliers with whom it has entered into promotional agreements. Under no circumstances will such third parties have access to the User’s personal data.
• Carrying out statistical analyses.
• Processing orders, requests or any other enquiries submitted by the User through any of the contact methods made available.
• Sending the website newsletter.
• Where you have submitted your Curriculum Vitae (CV), processing it for the purpose of meeting our recruitment requirements.

Data retention

Personal data will be retained for as long as there is a mutual interest in maintaining the purpose of the processing. Once the data is no longer required for that purpose, it will be erased using appropriate security measures to ensure either the pseudonymisation of the data or its complete destruction.

Curriculum Vitae (CV) data will be retained for a maximum period of one year, after which it will be deleted while ensuring complete confidentiality during both its processing and subsequent destruction. If, after this period, you wish to continue participating in our recruitment processes, you will be required to submit your CV again.

Disclosure of data

CV data may be disclosed only to third-party companies with which we work for recruitment purposes. No other personal data collected will be disclosed to third parties except where required by law.

User rights

The User has the right to:

• Withdraw consent at any time.
• Access, rectify, erase and transfer their personal data.
• Request the restriction of processing or object to the processing of their personal data.
• Lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (agpd.es) if they consider that the processing of their personal data does not comply with the applicable legislation.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

By ticking the relevant boxes and entering data into the fields marked with an asterisk (*) on the contact form or on download forms, Users expressly, freely and unequivocally consent to the processing of the data required to deal with their request. The provision of information in all other fields is voluntary.

Users warrant that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is accurate and undertake to notify the CONTROLLER of any changes to such data.

The CONTROLLER expressly informs and guarantees that Users’ personal data will not, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties. Should any transfer of personal data be contemplated, the User’s prior, explicit, informed and unequivocal consent will always be obtained.

All data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary in order to provide the User with the best possible service. Should all the requested information not be provided, the CONTROLLER cannot guarantee that the information and services supplied will fully meet the User’s requirements.

3. SECURITY MEASURES

In accordance with the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data, the CONTROLLER complies with all the requirements established by the GDPR in relation to the processing of personal data for which it is responsible, and in particular with the principles set out in Article 5 of the GDPR, under which personal data must be processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject and must be adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.

The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to comply with the security requirements established by the GDPR, with the aim of protecting the rights and freedoms of Users, and that it has provided Users with the necessary information to enable them to exercise those rights.
