B2B SOLUTIONS, SLU, hereinafter referred to as the CONTROLLER, is the Data Controller responsible for processing the User’s personal data and hereby informs the User that such data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data. Curriculum Vitae (CV) data will be retained for a maximum period of one year, after which it will be deleted while ensuring complete confidentiality during both its processing and subsequent destruction. If, after this period, you wish to continue participating in our recruitment processes, you will be required to submit your CV again.
CV data may be disclosed only to third-party companies with which we work for recruitment purposes. No other personal data collected will be disclosed to third parties except where required by law.

The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to comply with the security requirements established by the GDPR, with the aim of protecting the rights and freedoms of Users, and that it has provided Users with the necessary information to enable them to exercise those rights.
