Information Security Policy

As part of our Software Consultancy activities—including the installation and configuration of products acquired by clients, consultancy services, audits, software design and development, and additional software development to customise existing solutions—B2B SOLUTIONS recognises that information is a valuable asset for both our organisation and our clients. It therefore requires appropriate protection and management to ensure business continuity and minimise the potential impact of incidents affecting the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information.

To achieve this, B2B SOLUTIONS is committed to the following principles:

- - Demonstrating an ongoing commitment to Information Security Management through training and awareness programmes that promote active participation and enable employees to contribute their knowledge and skills to the continual improvement of our processes.
  - Ensuring that all activities are carried out in compliance with applicable legislation, regulations and all other contractual obligations agreed with our clients, including those relating to information security.
  - Meeting all applicable requirements and continually improving the effectiveness of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) through the implementation of measurement and monitoring processes covering the solutions and software developments delivered to our clients, together with clearly defined information security objectives.
  - Ensuring business continuity by developing, maintaining and testing business continuity plans based on recognised methodologies.
  - Performing and periodically reviewing information security risk assessments using recognised methodologies to determine the appropriate level of information security and minimise identified risks through the implementation of specific policies, technical controls and contractual arrangements with specialised organisations.
  - Ensuring that all B2B SOLUTIONS personnel perform their duties in accordance with the established objectives and in full compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

This Information Security Policy shall be reviewed at least annually to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness.
